Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using mrstuartbell.com (the "Website"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Website. We've tried to keep them readable rather than impressive.

2. What This Website Is

The Website publishes articles, frameworks, book information, and the High-Trust Business Podcast, along with its show notes, transcripts, and RSS feed. You're welcome to read, listen, search, subscribe, and share any of it.

Some pages are prepared for specific clients and live at unlisted addresses. Those are meant for the client they were written for. Please don't circulate them.

3. This Isn't Professional Advice

Everything here is general business and marketing commentary, published for information. It isn't legal, financial, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and reading it doesn't create a professional or advisory relationship between us.

Your situation has details we know nothing about. Before you act on anything you read here, talk to someone qualified who does know them.

4. Results and Examples

Case studies, client stories, numbers, and examples describe what happened in particular situations. They're illustrations, not forecasts, and they aren't a guarantee or a promise that you'll get the same outcome.

What any business achieves depends on its market, its offer, its execution, and plenty of things nobody controls. Please treat every example as one data point rather than a prediction.

5. Intellectual Property

The content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and transcripts, belongs to Stuart Bell or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may read, quote, and link to it, and share it with attribution and a link back. You may not republish it wholesale, sell it, or present it as your own.

High-Trust Business, High-Trust Hierarchy, and High-Trust Ascent are our trademarks. Other names and marks that appear here belong to whoever owns them, and mentioning one doesn't imply any endorsement in either direction.

6. Podcast Content

The podcast RSS feed is public and you're welcome to subscribe to it in any podcast app, or to link to episodes. You may not rehost the audio or video, re-cut it, or redistribute it as your own content without our written permission.

Guests speak for themselves. Their views are their own, and an appearance on the show isn't an endorsement of their business by us or of ours by them.

7. Acceptable Use

Please don't use the Website to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, to try to reach parts of it you haven't been given access to, or to collect personal information about anyone from it.

Automated access should respect our robots.txt. If you'd like to do something at volume, ask us first.

8. What You Send Us

If you send us a message, a question, or a suggestion, you're giving us permission to use it to respond to you and to improve what we publish. Don't send us confidential information through a web form. If you'd rather something stayed private, email us and say so.

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Links and Services

The Website links to other sites, including our own products and our guests' businesses. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, their products, or how they handle your information. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you're there.

10. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STUART BELL WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE.

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of these Terms or your use of the Website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you agree to those courts having personal jurisdiction over you.

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top, and continuing to use the Website after that means you accept the updated version.
